The Northern Democracy Initiative (NDI) is an on-going, not-for-profit, academic research and knowledge mobilization project that examines how federal, provincial-territorial and municipal government policies are affecting resource based communities in northern Canada – related to social, cultural, ecological, political and economic issues.
